About this team building
Bosseln is the ideal company trip. The handcart with drinks and snacks is always with you. The goal is to get a ball behind the target line with just a few throws. Because common breaks belong to the Bosseln absolutely!
A typical North German team game is boßeln, which is played with balls on quiet paths. At least two teams compete against each other. The goal is to get a ball behind the finish line, which is four to six kilometers away, with as few throws as possible. Since this team event takes place outdoors in nature, boßeln has a very special charm. It is about tactics and about judging the terrain correctly and not only about throwing power. Everyone can get involved. Sloping paths or potholes provide variety and laughing effects. The game is played on paths and quiet streets. And at the end the teams celebrate each other with a 3-fold “Lüch up und fleu herut”. Loosely translated from East Frisian, this means “Pick it up and throw it away!”
The we-feeling is always in the foreground of this team game and not only the competitive character.
