About this team building
In the online team event “Journey Around the World”, we set out together to learn more about each other, broaden our horizons together and discover different cultures. The goal is to promote smoother communication in international teams – and to work together better.
In terms of origin and nationalities, teams are becoming increasingly diverse. Especially in large companies with very specific specialist tasks, colleagues come from all over the world to work together on the company’s success. Global competition means that collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers is becoming increasingly international.
The online team event “Journey Around the World” sensitizes colleagues to how different cultures shape communication, exchange, and togetherness.
The team event takes us around the world, across all continents. There is a lot to discover and exciting tasks to solve. The teams compete against each other in small groups: Who works best together? Which team returns to the starting point first and has solved the tasks and puzzles the fastest? For each continent there is a master task that the team can only solve once they have answered all the previous answers correctly.
At the end of the day, the virtual travel backpacks are packed full of aha experiences. And the winning team? Gets a virtual world cup to boot!
The journey through the continents triggers a great deal among the participants, and lively communication quickly begins. Our moderators support and encourage the exchange and make sure that all questions are clarified.
