About this team building
Everyone becomes a magician!
In this particularly fun team building Magic in Business, the participants will for the first time get the chance to learn magic tricks themselves, which they will then perform for each other.
These tricks will help to create a bond with customers and others more quickly.
The formula consists of a pleasant mix of interactions. These stimulate group spirit, cooperation, creativity and thinking in solutions. Through magic, presentations and communication, the company’s values are also reinforced.
The informal and playful approach leads to a special atmosphere that will linger for a long time.
All team building assignments are geared to promoting group spirit. During the section “test your creative skills and problem-solving abilities”, the participants are shown magic tricks or illusions without knowing what is going on. They search together for the possible punch line.
In the chapter “lateral thinking” we show the participants how they can solve recognisable, often hopeless problem situations by thinking differently.
